It's Okay to not be Okay! Yeah, you're not the only one drowning in sorrow here. Everyone around you has their own issues. Some have health issues, someone have rough day in work & some will go through relationship issues. Sometimes an unexpected challenge might come your way and you find yourself stressing out, worrying & not knowing what to do. And somedays you feel pessimistic; you'll feel like you're left out all alone & you've no-one by your side to support. All of a sudden, you get paralyzed with self-doubt.
When you are just waiting, waiting to go home, waiting to go into your room.
Where you want to close the door, want to fall into your bed and just want to let everything out that you kept all day inside your heart.
That feeling when you feel, nothing is wrong but nothing is right either.
And you are tired, tired of everything, tired of nothing...
And just want someone to be there, who can tell you, it's okay, it happens.
But on the other hand, you know the fact, that no one is going to be there.
And you know you have to be strong for yourself, no one can fix you.
But you are tired of waiting, tired of having to be the one to fix yourself and everyone else.
Tired of being strong.
And for the time, you want it to be easy, to be simple, to be helped, to be saved, to be loved.
But you know you won't be.
But you are still hoping,
And you are still wishing,
And you are still staying strong and fighting,
With tears into your eyes.
Are you talking about this feeling of being lost?
If yes, yeah it happens, it not only happens with you, it happens with everyone without any reason.
When your heart is filled with these feelings, when things go wrong from your expectations, you automatically feel sad/depressed/lost and then you cry.
We think we feel sad sometimes without any reason. But in actuality, we don't feel lost without any reason. We feel depressed because we get tired of giving fake smiles all the time. It looks like we are happy but from inside we are not. and when we lose patience in handling things, we feel lost/ depressed.
You think you've to be strong all the time. But no-one can be strong always. We're all humans and are made of emotions bounded in cells & these cells do burst if highly pressurized.
You do smile when you're happy right? Then, when you're sad, allow yourself to cry! Take your time to grieve. No one knows if things will ever go back to the way they used to be, but try to accept things the way they are now.
Don't resist feeling bad just because it seems like you're the only one who feels alone or lost - you're surely not the only one. All those feelings are normal & we all go through this sometimes. Of course, it's hard but know that it'll not last forever.
Lastly, there's this one thing I've learnt, it's that the more you resist feeling bad, the worse you'll feel. Just try to get better, but never force yourself to. Don't rush it. Allow yourself to heal. You'll learn things and eventually, you'll see yourself getting better.
Sometimes, All we need is a little motivation, to accelerate us whenever we're struck. And luckily, you've got me😂❤️. Haha., Focus on the good things in your life. Come on, you've got only one life. LIVE IT❗
